Our Members are engaged within the community, and we like to engage the community with us! Our Members volunteer their time not only with the fire department, but with many other areas in our community such as City Council, Park Board, all kinds of youth sports coaching, Walsh County Heritage Village, the Grafton Area Chamber and many other entities.

Each year, GVFD members volunteer to help out with events such as the National Night Out, Candlelight Hike in the park, working concessions at school events, the Explore North Valley Day, the Grafton Beautification Committee, parades and other events. We all enjoy giving back to so many people that help support our Department!
