GVFD is one of the oldest organizations in the City of Grafton. Founded in 1882 and still serving the community today, GVFD has a rich history of excellence in protecting the community that they serve. Today, the Department consists of 38 members, many of whom serve in different roles within the Department. On an average year, GVFD responds to roughly 100 calls for service ranging anywhere from working fires to fire alarm activations and everything in between. We are here and available 24/7 at a moment's notice whenever disaster strikes.
